Theme of the Week: What’s Wrong With The World? I Am

Bible Verse: “‘God, be merciful to me, a sinner!’” Luke 18:13b, ESV

Scripture Reading: Luke 18:9-14

The story goes that in the early 1900s, the London newspaper, The Times, sent out an inquiry to famous authors asking the question, “What’s wrong with the world today?” G.K. Chesterton, Christian author and thinker, responded simply:

Dear Sir,
I am.
Yours, G.K. Chesterton.
