Your ability to be effective in ministry to a larger group of men will directly relate to how personally invested you are in a smaller group of men. When you spend time one on one with men, you begin to understand some of the challenges and opportunities they face, you will grow in learning how to communicate to men, and that will equip you and prepare you to minister to a larger group.
