God’s Fingerprint

In Daily Devotional, Identity, Life Issues by Mauricio Rosa

Theme of the Week: You and Creation

Bible Verse: “Yet you have made him a little lower than the heavenly beings and crowned him with glory and honor.” Psalm 8:5

Scripture Reading: Psalm 8:1-9

I used to practice architecture. Like any form of art expression, there is always an imprint from the artist in his work. Like a fingerprint, a trained eye can identify the artist through the traits and particularities displayed in his handwork.

God created man in his image. For many people, that simply means we sit at the top of the totem pole of creation. For others, this is what simply distinguishes us from being wild beasts.

Watch this video as we begin to unpack what it means that God made us in his image and what his ultimate plan is for our lives.
