Theme of the Week: The Key to Flourishing

Bible Verse: But as it is written, “What no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no human heart has conceived— God has prepared these things for those who love him.” 1 Corinthians 2:9 CSB

Scripture Reading: Psalm 1:1-6

When we think of these past pandemic months, the first word that comes to mind is probably not “flourishing” – frustrating, maybe, but not flourishing.

But in the midst of all that is going on in our lives, in our country, in this world, in the middle of this pandemic, God has made it possible to flourish. He did not create us to drift aimlessly through life but always intended for us to fulfill a greater purpose. God created us to flourish in our relationships, our family, our work, and our spiritual lives. Life, however, has a way of throwing a monkey wrench into our best attempts to thrive.

The good news: flourishing is not only POSSIBLE, it is a PROMISE! There are some keys to flourishing that we will discover this week from God’s Word. Watch this video as we explore what it means to flourish no matter what in the world is going on around us.
