Becoming a Leader of Men — Part 5: Brutal Honesty and Transparency

When a leader is willing to be fully transparent that he has struggles – you are you are helping men to realize that you’re no different than they are and you remove a lot of the fears men have and also removes barriers they may feel about talking to you regarding their own problems. We need to always point men to Jesus. We are all in the same place – we all need the Saviour.
